Privacy Policy

LDC kerala Algorithmic Studying is made by Calecute Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("we"). Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the data fiduciary for the information below. Contact: info@calecutech.com.

In short

• We collect only what is needed to sign you in, unlock your purchase and plan your revision.
• No ads. No third-party advertising trackers.
• You can ask us to delete everything at any time.

1. What we collect

• Google account name, email and picture, via Google Sign-In, to sign you in. We never see your password.
• Your name and phone number, if you add them to your profile, so quiz results and certificates carry the right name.
• Study progress: cards studied, revision schedule, quiz and mock test answers and scores, to plan what you revise each day.
• Purchase record: Razorpay payment ID, amount and time. Not your card, UPI or bank details. Used to unlock the course, restore it and handle refunds and tax records.
• Basic visit counts (page and time, no advertising ID) to see which pages help students.

2. How we use it

Only for the purposes above. We do not sell data and do not build marketing profiles.

3. Who processes it for us

• Neon hosts our database, and Vercel runs the website.
• Google provides Google Sign-In.
• Razorpay processes payments under its own privacy policy. Card or UPI details go to Razorpay only.
• We share data with no one else, except where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

While your account exists. When you delete it we remove your profile and progress from the live database. We keep a minimal payment record (payment ID, amount, date) for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

5. Security

Data travels over HTTPS. Each student can see only their own progress. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or complain. Email info@calecutech.com, or see Delete your account. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you on the site or by email.
